Promotions and Discounts


CASAS may grant its customers promotions, offers and discounts in code format or other formats, as appropriate and in no case being mandatory.

These actions may be communicated by email and/or on our website and/or in the physical shops themselves.

In any format, the conditions of application will appear in writing, such as:

- Whether it is for online or in-store use only.
- How it is to be handled in one channel or the other
- Information regarding the use
- The expiry date
- The product(s) to which it can be applied, e.g. a specific brand, product selection or typology (e.g. trainers).
To use a discount code ONLINE you must select the products to be purchased and proceed to checkout.

In step 1 - My Purchase - you must enter the code and click on validate, you will see in the summary how the discount is applied.

You can also manage it in step 2 - Personal details. In the menu on the left under Shipping Method, you can open the Add Discount Coupon tab.

When the code is properly redeemed the message "Coupon Added" will appear.

If the code is not redeemed, a warning message will also appear. This may be due to several reasons: the coupon entered is not correct, the offer has expired, the coupon has been used more than once, some kind of fraudulent manipulation has been detected...

In any case, you can always contact our Customer Service if there is any doubt not resolved in this section.

Exchanges & Returns on purchases made with discount coupons:

> The moment a product purchased with a coupon is returned, the discount is lost. It does not apply to subsequent purchases.

> To make an exchange and keep the discount, only size exchanges of the same model are accepted and the management is allowed exclusively in physical shops - online excluded -.
